UCC

Yes, click here for information on downloading a contract and payment of fees to register for this service.
By subscribing to our online filing system, you may file a UCC instantly. A paper filing will be filed within 2 working days.
Submit a diskette or CD along with the paper filing which contains the collateral description only. If the diskette or CD is not submitted, the filing must be rejected. Unacceptable file formats are portable document formats (PDFs), scanned images, or Excel files. If a collateral description is provided in any of the unacceptable formats, the filing must be rejected.

About Our Office

We have a long history of serving the public. Beginning in April 1869 with the appointment of the first Secretary of the Territory of Wyoming, Edward M. Lee, by United States President Ulysses S. Grant, this office has always served the public from the State Capitol and continues to do so today.
