Initiative Filing Deadline

February 10, 2014


Referendum Filing Deadline

Within 90 days after the adjournment of the legislative session at which the act was passed.


Initiative Process

The initiative process document is intended as a guide for those considering filing an initiative application. The people may propose and enact laws by the initiative process. It is highly recommended that before beginning this process the applicants consult the Wyoming Constitution and the Election Code of the Wyoming State Statutes. Referendum Process
