Lobbyist List
In accordance with W.S. 28-7-101(c), "Not later than March 1 of each year the secretary of state shall make available a report of the registrations to all duly elected members of the house of representatives, the senate, state elected officials and any other person requesting a copy of the report." Therefore, on March 1st, an official lobbyist list will be available through this site. Those individuals registered as lobbyists will remain registered until April 30th. Registration for the upcoming year will begin on May 1st.
The lobbyist list provided at this location will be updated on the first of each month prior to the legislative session. During the legislative session, the list will be updated weekly.
Lobbyist Reports
On May 1, 1998, state statutes pertaining to the registration of lobbyists went into effect. The first lobbyist activity reports are due on June 30th of each year.
Information about and copies of individual lobbyist activity reports may be obtained by emailing this office. The costs for obtaining copies of reports are based on the number of pages to be copied.
In order to fill your copy request, you must provide the name of the lobbyist whose report you are requesting and the year of the report. You will receive a response, via email, indicating the fee which needs to be pre-paid. Once the pre-payment is received, your request will be processed.
