Generate reinstatement filing forms. A Wyoming entity administratively dissolved may apply to the Secretary of State's Office for reinstatement within two (2) years after the dissolution date.

The rules database provides the ability to search for current, emergency, superseded, and repealed rules as well as notices of intent filed by state agencies.

Search for registered entities using a Filing ID or the entity name. Filing ID refers to the identification number assigned to the filing by the Secretary of State’s Office. Filings include business entities, trademarks and trade names.

Welcome to the Wyoming Secretary of State's online office! Max Maxfield was elected Wyoming Secretary of State in 2006 and re-elected in 2010. Secretary Maxfield is also the state's Lieutenant Governor, State's Chief Elections Officer, Securities Commissioner, Notaries Public Commissioner and Corporations Administrator.

As Secretary of State, Maxfield serves on the State loan and Investment Board, the State Building Commission, and the Board of Land Commissioners. He is also chairman of the State Elections Canvassing Board.
